Bando di Concorso: XXVI Edizione Rassegna di Teatro Vernacolare a Badia a Settimo presso la casa del Popolo V.Masiani.

La Casa del popolo “V.Masiani” di Badia a Settimo, in sinergia con Teatrarci A.P.S. Firenze, è lieta di annunciare la ventiseiesima edizione del Concorso di Teatro in Vernacolo. Questa iniziativa rappresenta un momento di valorizzazione della cultura toscana attraverso la lente d’arte del teatro vernacolare.

Luogo e Calendario

Le rappresentazioni si svolgeranno presso la Casa del Popolo sita in Via dell’Orto 9, Scandicci, animando le serate di mercoledì durante i mesi di giugno e luglio 2024, precisamente il 19 e 26 giugno e il 3, 10 e 17 luglio. Il culmine dell’evento sarà la serata di premiazione il 24 luglio 2024, un momento dedicato alla celebrazione dei talenti e allo scambio culturale.

Per ogni compagnia che intende partecipare, la candidatura dovrà includere:

  • Nome e sede legale della compagnia
    Queste informazioni servono a identificare formalmente la compagnia teatrale partecipante e a garantire la corretta registrazione.
  • Dettagli dello spettacolo
    Dovranno essere forniti il titolo dello spettacolo, la durata, l’elenco dei personaggi, una breve trama e la locandina. Questi elementi aiutano a fornire una panoramica completa dell’opera presentata.
  • Dati anagrafici e contatti del legale rappresentante
    È necessario includere i dettagli completi del legale rappresentante della compagnia, per assicurare un canale di comunicazione diretto.
  • Dichiarazione di liberatoria d’autore
    Questo documento è fondamentale per attestare che la compagnia ha ottenuto tutti i diritti necessari per la rappresentazione dello spettacolo.
  • Scheda tecnica sulle esigenze sceniche
    Deve essere dettagliata ogni necessità tecnica specifica per la messa in scena, inclusi illuminazione, audio, e scenografia.
  • Copertura assicurativa
    È richiesta la prova di una polizza assicurativa che copra eventuali danni o incidenti legati alla produzione e alla performance.
  • Conformità alle normative vigenti
    La candidatura deve attestare il rispetto di tutte le leggi e normative applicabili, inclusa la sicurezza sul luogo di performance.
  • Nome del personaggio e attore recitante, nome del regista
    Per ogni personaggio significativo, indicare l’attore che lo interpreterà, insieme al nome del regista dello spettacolo.
  • Una locandina
    Se non già inclusa nei dettagli dello spettacolo, allegare una locandina rappresentativa dell’opera teatrale.
